eb-jams-welcome-photoFood in jars tastes better, especially when you grew the fruit and put it in the jar. I specialize in teaching small groups about food preservation including jams and jellies, pickles, fermentation and cheese.

Classes are low cost and hands on. I also do a lot of free classes for non-profits and community events.

Often food in jars is precious and expensive. I teach that you can do it at home for little money with tasty results that are just as robust and interesting in flavor.
